What is reviewed, what is disclosed, and what that means
Shared Plan presents its credential claims exactly as the Skilled Trades Collective records them — a review confirms a document was checked on a date, never a generic “verified professional” badge.
What “disclosed” means — and doesn’t
Per-job disclosure means the participants are named for that project. It does not mean the Skilled Trades Collective pre-verified them. Where regulated work is involved, the required evidence is checked against appropriate sources and recorded for the job — never inferred.
Shared Plan, Danipa and the Collective don’t authorize regulated trades. Regulated work proceeds only through appropriately authorized parties whose role and evidence are recorded. “Certificate on file” means a certificate was provided and reviewed on a date — it is not the same as “fully insured and approved.”
How to read each credential state
- Reviewed
- A specific document or record was checked on the date shown. It confirms that review happened — not an open-ended guarantee.
- Per-job disclosure
- Subcontractors are named for each job before work begins. It is disclosure, not pre-verification by the Collective.
- Certificate on file
- A certificate (e.g. liability insurance) was provided and reviewed, with its expiry recorded. It is not a claim of being “fully insured and approved.”

Share the goal and constraints. Shared Plan confirms fit, then draws a plan with named parties, sequence and budget — for you to approve before anything is scheduled.
