Six steps, from a goal to a sign-off

From first conversation to closeout

1. 01 Share the goal and constraints
   You tell Shared Plan what you want, the property and its status, your timing and any constraints. This is a request, not a booking — nothing is priced yet.
2. 02 Shared Plan confirms project fit
   Shared Plan checks coverage, capacity and whether the work is in supported scope. Ineligible work is explained before any alternative is proposed — never quietly routed on.
3. 03 Review scope, parties, sequence and budget
   An assessment produces a readable plan: named work packages with one owner each, the disclosed participants, the sequence and a budget with allowances. Regulated work names an authorized party.
4. 04 Approve the versioned project plan
   You approve a specific version of the plan and its locked contract model. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it, and the model cannot switch silently afterward.
5. 05 Follow milestones, decisions and changes
   As work moves you follow the milestones, the selections due, and any change orders — each priced and approved before work continues, with a record of what changed and when.
6. 06 Review deficiencies and sign off
   A deficiency review closes the punch list, and you sign off at a walkthrough. The closeout record lists the final participants, the approved changes and the final budget.
