How coverage is confirmed
Naming your municipality helps Shared Plan confirm it can coordinate your project — it is not a promise of availability. Coverage, supported scope and current capacity are all confirmed before any plan is drawn.
If a project is just outside the area or outside supported scope, that is explained plainly. Nothing is routed to an anonymous network, and no office or presence is claimed that does not exist.
